The Director’s word

CRASC is a national research centre,located in Oran, Algeria and operating under the aegis of the ministry of higher education and scientific research (MESRS). Since June 2010 it has occupied newly designed complex whos mix of traditional architecture and functional design welcome innovation and the exchange of ideas through research. Contemporary xcellence and competitiveness in research no longer result of a few researchers in a specific field but that of multidisciplinary teams with varying specialties, working with supporting personnel who assist in advancing projects and producing scientific knowledge.

As such,the CRASC also provides research training and welcomes young researchers who aspire towards a career in the social or human sciences.

We hope that this site will act as a forum for intellectual exchange and give greater visibility to our activities, reinforcing the links between our teams and the greater scientific community. This site is meant to be a continuous work in progress where the daily activities of researchers make our work better, and both permanent and associated members have a voice in their community.
